Faith Cowling
Sales Support
What were you doing prior to working at the Change Organisation?
Before joining the company, I worked in recruitment, although it was more focused on recruitment administration than traditional recruiting. At the time, I was still quite young and early in my career, so I didn't have a huge amount of previous work experience. It was a useful stepping stone, but I knew I wanted something different.
How has your role changed or evolved since joining?
Since joining, I've learned a huge amount, especially from a technical perspective. The role has really helped me develop my knowledge and confidence. One of the biggest things that's helped is the support from the people around me. Everyone wants you to do well and succeed, and nobody makes you feel stupid for asking questions. If you need help, people are always willing to support you and guide you through things. That environment makes it much easier to grow and improve in your role.
What elements about your role in particular and the company in general do you enjoy most?
One of the biggest things I enjoy is the fast-paced environment. There's always something going on, which keeps the days interesting and makes work feel engaging. I also really like how approachable everyone is across the business. If you have a question, you can go to any department and ask for help, and people are always willing to assist you. The company culture is another huge positive. The events, incentive trips, awards evenings, and social side of the business all help create a really enjoyable atmosphere. It doesn't feel like a huge corporate company where nobody knows each other. Everyone is close, friendly, and supportive of one another. There's a real sense that people genuinely want others around them to succeed. The office atmosphere itself is great as well, it's energetic, positive, and enjoyable to be part of every day.
What factors do you feel we employ to differentiate ourselves from other companies?
One thing that really stands out is how responsive and connected the departments are. Whether it's customer service, sales, or another team, people respond quickly and work together efficiently. There's nothing worse than waiting around for responses or struggling to contact people, and that's something the company does really well. The company also stands out because of its culture and the relationships between staff. It's professional, but people are still very close with each other and genuinely get along. The incentives, events, and team atmosphere make it feel very different from larger businesses where people often don't know each other outside of their own department.
What's been the most significant change or development in the business since your time here?
One of the biggest developments has been the continued growth of the company. Moving into a larger office space has been a major step forward and reflects how much the business has expanded. The company's performance has also continued to improve, with strong figures and consistent growth across the business. Even in the relatively short time I've been here, it's clear the company is continuing to develop and move forward.
What do you see for the future?
The company continues to get busier day by day, which is a really positive sign. There's always work to do, and the continued growth shows that the business is heading in the right direction. For myself personally, I want to continue improving my skills and become more confident and capable across all areas of the role. It's important to me that I fully understand the processes and can handle tasks independently and effectively. Having the right team around me makes a huge difference as well. The support and encouragement from colleagues creates an environment where people are able to improve and succeed.
