The Change Organisation was established in 1993, in a garage in Kent, with a simple idea: that IT resellers deserved a distributor who treated their business like its own. Today, we operate across two sites with a group turnover exceeding £140M and a team of more than 100 people... and that idea hasn't changed.
We remain independent and privately owned, which means decisions are made quickly, relationships are held personally, and our only obligation is to the resellers and datacentres we serve across the Globe. Traditional service, in the modern manner.
