After completing a GNVQ in Business and an NVQ level 2 in Accounts, Kirsty spent her early career as an Office Administrator. She joined The Change Organisation in 2001, continued to study towards NVQ level 3 and 4 in Accounts, and become a qualified professional of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She moved to the position of Office Manager within the organization in 2004; and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2008. During her time with us, she married, and is now a hard working mother of two sons, juggling work and family life to keep everything in balance.
