As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to present detrimental complications to our current climate and economy. The Change Organisation’s focus remains on assisting and providing the best possible support and service we can under these shifting circumstances.
One of the many major steps we have taken to limit exposure and reduce risk is by sending 70% of the workforce home to work remotely. Please be assured that although this caused complications in the beginning, we are now operating at full efficiency after ironing out teething problems created by this adjustment.
Our warehouse, operations and logistics team are still actively managing and processing the many brands we hold onsite at our facility whilst maintaining social distancing regulations enforced by the UK Government.
The technical department are carrying out configs in an environment only accessible to them. The area is cleaned daily, the staff are having their temperatures taken each morning and wearing PPE during all configs which are then wiped down with alcohol wipes as they are re-packed so we can ship clean, built, tested and working systems directly to sites, ready to “plug and play” with minimum need for contact with others.
We understand that each employee’s situation is different and it is important to us to offer the same level of business and personal support as we have always done whether they be self-isolating, working from home or leaving their homes on a daily basis to work in the office. We have invested in PPE for all staff to help protect their physical health as best we can. Just as important is Mental Health. For those not in the office we hold online meetings for business and we remain in regular contact with all staff in the hope that nobody feels alone in the current situation.
