This week has seen 2 of our new starters successfully pass their probationary period, Harry Collier and Lorna Bowman.
Harry Collier, Sales consultant, won his first order in week 1 with The Change Organisation, and his performance has gone from strength to strength since. New Business Sales Manager, Matt Shinebourne said, “Becoming successful as a sales consultant at The Change is a journey of self-actualisation. Harry has begun this journey very well and I can see the confidence he has gained in the way he carries himself. With excellent new business skills, Harry is a quick learner who I’m sure will go on to become a senior consultant in the coming years”.
Lorna Bowman, Purchasing Assistant, joined The Change in the summer and soon became an integral part of the procurement team. Procurement Director, Jai Hogben said, “Lorna has been a fantastic addition to the Procurement department, her efficiency and hardworking attitude has given the brand managers the foundation they need to ensure our stock profile remains second to none. I look forward to seeing Lorna’s career develop for many years to come.”
